Payment & Insurance Information
Restored Foundations primarily offers private-pay counseling through individual sessions and monthly care plans. Limited sliding-scale rates are available based on financial need. Please ask about current availability.
We are also in network with Aetna and Cigna. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan.
A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available to discuss your needs, answer questions, and determine whether Restored Foundations is the right fit.
Restored Foundations provides outpatient therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Each client’s needs will be assessed during the consultation and intake process. If a client requires specialized treatment or a higher level of care, we will provide referrals to qualified providers who can better meet those needs.
Additional Services
