Who we are

Restored Foundations grew out of years of clinical work and a growing recognition that, although therapy can help people make meaningful progress, it cannot answer every question of the human heart.

Clinical care can help people process their experiences, understand unhealthy patterns, and develop new ways of thinking and responding. This work is real, valuable, and often necessary. Yet many approaches ultimately lead people back to themselves, their happiness, desires, and personal fulfillment as the final guide. Over time, it became clear that this was not enough.

Again and again, the truths of Scripture were reflected in people’s lives. There was also something different in those who knew Christ. Life was not necessarily easier, but they carried a deeper peace, joy, and ability to endure while being shaped through their experiences.

Beneath many of the struggles that people carry are deeper questions of identity and belonging. Who am I? Am I loved? Where do I belong? Why am I here?

Restored Foundations exists to help people connect or reconnect with the Father. In relationship with Him, we discover our identity, experience belonging, understand our purpose, and find the fulfillment that is found in Christ.

Our Approach

We bring together clinical care, biblical truth, and spiritual formation. We honor what counseling can do while recognizing that lasting identity, belonging, purpose, and fulfillment are ultimately found in Christ.
